Monthly giving is simple and makes a lasting gift that provides immediate and stable support month after month
Monthly gifts are automatic withdraws from your chequing account or charged to your credit card. These gifts are processed on the 15th of the month and you never have to remember to send a cheque. And of course you can cancel at any time.

Leaving a gift to Community Living Toronto in your will is a simple, thoughtful way of providing a secure future for people with an intellectual disability.
You will want to discuss the considerations of a planned gift with your lawyer or financial planner. However, in its simplest form, a bequest in a Will could be worded as: “To pay to Community Living Toronto the amount of $[insert amount] OR [insert figure] % of my estate for the Association’s purposes”.
If you’ve already included Community Living Toronto in your Will, please let us know by taking a moment to complete and return our Will Confirmation Form. Upon receipt, this form will be handles with complete discretion.

Gifts of Securities
Gifts of shares or publicly traded securities are exempt from capital gains tax when donating to Community Living Toronto. This is an easy way to make a substantial gift today.
The simplest way to make your gift of stock or securities is to have the shares electronically transferred from your account to the Community Living Toronto account. When you are ready, notify us of your intent and we’ll walk you through the process and provide you with a Transfer of Securities Form with instructions for your financial institution. Once received, the receipt value will be based on the day Community Living Toronto receives delivery of the shares.

Participate in an Event
Want to participate in a fundraising event? Community Living Toronto hosts a bi-annual fundraising event called Community Rocks. This Party with a Purpose hosts more than 1200 people and raises much needed funds to help individuals with an intellectual disability and their families throughout the City of Toronto. Buy a ticket or become a sponsor – your support will make a huge difference!

Many of the individuals and families we support live with limited means. While needs vary given the time of year, the holiday season is a time where volunteers and staff work together to pull together holiday hampers.
